Destroying Stress Using Tarot ; Part-(III)

Yesterday we discussed about the Cards of Major Arcana  which are specially related to stress and its management.

Today we will discuss about the Cards of Minor Arcana.

Cards from Minor Arcana

Card 1) 4 of Cups
The Four of Cups often appears when you are bored or dissatisfied with the current scenario. You may be feeling disengaged, apathetic, or unmotivated. Life has become stale or ‘flat’ and there is little that excites you anymore. To overcome this, the Four of Cups suggests a need to re-evaluate your situation and to look deep within your own psyche to find understanding and meaning. Turn your attention inward to find the Truth for which you are searching. Avoid distractions and examine your heart and mind to gain clarity.

Card 2) 5 of Cups
This card shows lack of fulfilment or non-attainment of expected results. You are feeling disappointed that a situation has not turned out as you had hoped, and this leads you to stress.
The Five of Cups suggests that you are having trouble letting go of the past and learning from your mistakes.

Card 3) 8 of Cups
The Eight of Cups also indicates that you are disappointed enough to walk away from everything you have built up so far. It could indicate a disappointment in love or dissatisfaction with material success. It could also indicate that you have over-extended yourself to the point of emotional exhaustion. Even though you have already come so far, you feel that you can no longer go on and your only choice is to walk away from the situation. You feel disappointed with yourself but you know that this is the right thing to do before you completely burn out. You may also be feeling that you are just giving and giving and not getting enough in exchange.

Card 4) 2 of Swords
The Two of Swords is a card of choice and of the difficulty of making a decision. This creates a stress within. The woman in this card is blindfolded, and this may be intentionally so, indicating that she is avoiding making a very difficult decision. Her state of calm and relaxation may be indicative that she is trying to avoid this important decision which would  bring about peace of mind.

Card 5) 4 of Swords

In Upright
The Four of Swords is a reminder that after every crisis and before every new challenge, there is always a time of relaxation and contemplation. Constant stress and tension will break even the hardest and most resilient of people but brief periods of rest enable you to refresh your energy, concentration and focus, so that you are ready for the next challenge.

In Reverse
The Four of Swords reversed can indicate that you are feeling restless and wanting to do everything at once. Even if your body is telling you that you need to rest and relax, your mind is pushing you forward, trying to accomplish a long list of tasks. You may be getting quite sick or stressed as a result, so it is vital that you force yourself to pause and take it easy to ensure that you do not become completely run down and exhausted.

Card 6 ) 9 of Swords

In Reverse
The Nine of Swords is about worry, anxiety and not being able to sleep because your thoughts are running at one hundred miles an hour. Reversed, the Nine of Swords indicates that you are working yourself up and becoming incredibly stressed and anxious when, really, this does not have to be a complicated issue.

I personally find the above cards in tarot deck  when comes in reading it has specifically to do something with your stress which is affecting your day to day actions .

The Tarot readings are beneficial when stressed because it shows  alternative paths that can be taken and they stress action. Action must be taken on the part of the querent to make successful changes. Thinking does not do it alone.I give my clients a writing assignment to do as follow ups. While doing readings for the clients and listening to their issues carefully we ask them to make strategies positively and I help them in making these strategies with the help of Tarot. This is the first step  in them taking positive action.I like to have my clients leave with a strategy to enable them to attempt something new.

Tarot as a tool to empower your choices.
I use the Tarot as a Tool of Empowerment to help people realize that they can seek out alternatives and accept responsibility for their thoughts, feelings and actions. Empower means to give power or authority to enable or permit. When you are empowered you eliminate the self-defeating attitudes, and burdens that come along with it. You project an aura of strength which enables you to make choices and take educated risks without fear. Life is trial and error. Not everything we try to accomplish will come our way easily or at all. An empowered individual can deal with the good and the bad while having the inner strength and ambition to change self-destructive behavior patterns while seeing all the possibilities for their life. I particularly look for spreads that help assist in this.

Destroying Stress Using Tarot ; Part-(II)

Today we will discuss the use of Tarot in reducing and redirecting Stress.
With Today's fast and frantic lifestyle, Tarot emerges as an important tool to re-focus and re-direct your life path. When you feel stressed and over-whelmed Tarot helps reveal, your innermost needs and desires helping you achieve abundance by bringing clarity, honesty and reassurance to any situation.
You can reduce your stress level with the help of Tarot.Because our goal is not to eliminate stress but we should learn how to manage it and use it in positive way to help us.

When you are stressed what can be done:-
  1.  Search for a quiet place and make sure nobody disturbs you for next 10 to 15 minutes.
  2.  Start with a couple of Deep Breath. And if you can chant any mantra you are comfortable with at least 3 times. If you don’t know any mantra you can chant OM for three times.
  3.  Listen to your inner self and then look at the Tarot Cards what they say. Request them to help you .because Tarot not only gives you the guidance but also aids you in your personal growth.
  4. Then open your Tarot deck spread the cards and know think about the reason for your tension/stress ask Tarot for guidance then pick up the card for yourself.

  • Spend some time looking at it. Pay attention to its colors and how you feel about them. Note the general atmosphere of the card and the emotions it brings out in you.
  • Look at the figures in the card--what they're doing, whether they're seated or standing, who they remind you of and how you feel about them.
  • Focus on the symbols and what they remind you of. Write your thoughts down on a piece of paper.
  • Now take a look at the card and think what the card has to offer you.
  • Analyze the card and then again think of the issue.

You would soon be able to see something you have been missing so far because reading tarot cards is a combination of knowledge and intuition. And the best part about Tarot is that anyone can learn this art

I have found some special qualities in few Tarot Cards which are specially related to stress and its management and can be used specifically for empowerment when they show up in tarot readings.

To truly understand and appreciate the beauty of Tarot Cards , you are requested to either take the help of a Tarot Card Reader or if possible Learn it yourself.

Cards in Major Arcana.

Card 1) Strength
In a Tarot reading, Strength offers you the  connection between both, your inner self and your outer self. It implores upon you to find the confidence within yourself to show up to the world as a strong, assertive, and persevering individual. If you have been self-doubting, the Strength Tarot card gives you the confidence to fight those doubts. Additionally, if you are feeling worn out or stressed, Strength tells you, “Things are going to be better! You are going to find the strength within yourself and within others to keep going!”

Card 2) The Tower
The Tower represents the inner and outer structures that you have built around yourself. These structures represent your personal circle, a defense which makes you a more socially acceptable ‘you’ by hiding your true, inner thoughts and feelings. In times of great pressure and stress, these structures will be tested and are at risk of shattering, finally revealing your true inner self to those around you. So, you need to be very careful that no matter how much of yourself you attempt to hide, knowing that one day, all will be revealed.

Card 3) Temperance
In Upright
Temperance indicates that you are learning to bring about balance, patience and moderation in your life. You have been able to take the middle path, avoiding the extremes and maintaining a great sense of calm in your life. You have learned to keep calm in situations of great stress or anxiety,
You need to avoid pain, conflict and distractions and lessen your stress and anxiety. Looking inward will help you. There is nothing to fear, as it is part of the process and without it change could not occur.

In Reversed
In reversed position this card reflects a time when something is out of balance, in conflict or excessive, and is therefore creating stress and tension in your life. Look to the other cards in the reading to understand what is out of balance or contributing to this feeling.

Tomorrow we will discuss the remaining cards which deal specifically with the issue of stress management.

Destroying Stress Using Tarot ; Part-(I)

Stress is the mankind’s known biggest killer in terms of happiness, money and health. And since we all seek happiness and peace, first Let us understand what stress is and how can we deal with it.

What is stress?
The word "stress" can be defined as the mental condition in which we feel that everything seems to have become too much - we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us.

Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress.
Some stresses get you going and they are good for you - without any stress at all many say our lives would be boring and would probably feel pointless. However, when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health they are bad.

What causes stress?
Many different things can cause stress -- from physical (such as fear of something dangerous) to emotional (such as worry over your family or job.) Identifying what may be causing you stress is often the first step in learning how to better deal with your stress. Some of the most common sources of stress are:

Survival Stress - You may have heard the phrase "fight or flight" before. This is a common response to danger in all people and animals. When you are afraid that someone or something may physically hurt you, your body naturally responds with a burst of energy so that you will be better able to survive the dangerous situation (fight) or escape it altogether (flight). This is survival stress.

Internal Stress - Have you ever caught yourself worrying about things you can do nothing about or worrying for no reason at all? This is internal stress and it is one of the most important kinds of stress to understand and manage. Internal stress is when people make themselves stressed. This often happens when we worry about things we can't control or put ourselves in situations we know will cause us stress. Some people become addicted to the kind of hurried, tense, lifestyle that results from being under stress. They even look for stressful situations and feel stress about things that aren't stressful.

Environmental Stress - This is a response to things around you that cause stress, such as noise, crowding, and pressure from work or family. Identifying these environmental stresses and learning to avoid them or deal with them will help lower your stress level.

Fatigue and Overwork - This kind of stress builds up over a long time and can take a hard toll on your body. It can be caused by working too much or too hard at your job(s), school, or home. It can also be caused by not knowing how to manage your time well or how to take time out for rest and relaxation. This can be one of the hardest kinds of stress to avoid because many people feel this is out of their control. Later in this course we will show you that you DO have options and offer some useful tips for dealing with fatigue.

How Does Stress Affect Us?
Stress can affect both our body and mind. People under large amounts of stress can become tired, sick, and unable to concentrate or think clearly. Sometimes, they even suffer mental breakdowns.
If stress is so bad for us, Can there be anything as "Good Stress?

Difference between good stress & bad stress:-
If you are suffering from extreme stress or long-term stress, your body will eventually wear itself down. But sometimes, small amounts of stress can actually be good.
Recognizing when you are stressed and managing your stress can greatly improve your life. Some short-term stress -- for example what you feel before an important job presentation, test, interview, or sporting event -- may give you the extra energy you need to perform at your best. But long-term stress -- for example constant worry over your job, school, or family -- may actually drain your energy and your ability to perform well.
Understanding your stress level is important. If nothing in your life causes you any stress or excitement, you may become bored or may not be living up to your potential. If everything in your life, or large portions of your life, cause you stress, you may experience health or mental problems that will make your behavior worse.

Here are few Simple yet very effective techniques for dealing with the stress, which you can easily do any time.
1) Be quiet:-The greatest power is the power of silence and the essential self is silent. A quiet mind permits you to listen to your heart and allow your creativity to blossom. When the mind is crowded by negative thoughts there is lot of noise and there is therefore no space to think of solutions. We only keep thinking about the problem constantly. If only we could sit down, wherever we are, close our eyes, and through some miracle let go of all thoughts, distractions, and problems. If only we could let go.

2) Meditation:-There is therefore a lot that meditation can help us to achieve in dealing with stress, although it is not the only tool we can use.
In meditation we cultivate the faculty of mindfulness, or awareness. Mindfulness helps us to become more deeply aware of the patterns that our mind and emotions give rise to including the patterns of responses that we experience as stress. We can become more aware once we are aware of these internal activities; we clearly are in a better position to do something about them. Meditation can also help us become more aware of how to make choices that lead to outcomes that are more supportive of well being and happiness.

3) Find a friend: Relationships in your life can restore meaning, hope, and relaxation. Don’t let your friends be sucked into the cycle of you burning out; let them be the respite from that stress. Share your feelings with those you love, and let them help you beat the burnout.

4) Visualization:- Here are the steps .

Make sure you are in the quiet space. Turn off your phone .Close the door of your room. Just be sure   that you won’t be disturbed for next 15 minutes.
Switch on to any light music. Now sit on a chair and put your feet in tub placed near your feet filled with Lukewarm water.
Be relaxed and close your eyes.
Breath in and Breath out till the time you feel bit calm and relaxed.
Listen to inner self: - Now try to listen to your inner self what it says; your inner tutor is always available to you. As humans we have one thing in common and that is we are all unique! At the core of your heart is the conscience which always signals when things go wrong. Take time to listen in to those signals especially when your conscience starts to bother you.

 5) Acceptance: - Last but not the least is Acceptance. When we resist something stress increases and our struggle is prolonged. When we   accept then there is the capacity to think about the solution.

And,  tomorrow we will discuss how we can use Tarot as a great and effective stress buster.

Using Tarot to Improve Your Concentration & Will Power- Part II

In my blog, yesterday we discussed about Improving Concentration using Tarot where I had mentioned some simple techniques to improve concentration using Tarots.
Today the remaining part of the article for you.
1) If only we could sit down, wherever we are, close our eyes, and through some miracle let go       of all thoughts, distractions, and problems. If only we could let go.
2) Meditation has been found to lead to high activity in the brain's left prefrontal cortex, which in      turn has been found to correlate with happiness.
When you will start reading the tarot cards you will come through so many cards with so many colors and symbols upon them just try to understand and analyze what they say.
Like if you go through the card of Major Arcana;
The Magician:-what it says when it comes in your reading
With the Magician Tarot card, you are inspired to apply skill and initiative to accomplish all your goals. You have a strong desire to begin something new .A ‘can-do’ attitude and strong sense of optimism will dominate a new beginning and thus the decisions that you make will have positive results.
. This is a Tarot card about manifesting your goals by utilizing the skills, tools and resources that are available to you.
This is a great Tarot card for meditation when you need to call all the elements for help and wisdom.
The Magician Tarot card indicates that you can benefit from your creative forces if you can claim your power and act with awareness and concentration. This card is a signal to act consciously and act now provided you understand exactly what you want and are committed to getting it. You need to know what you are doing and why you are doing it. Be clear about your underlying motives and intentions.
The Magician is also a Tarot card of deep concentration on a specific task or activity. You need to be focused on a single goal or purpose.
You need to channel all of your energy, tools and resources towards this one goal. Commitment to the task is essential and as such, you will need to eliminate any distractions that will take your focus away from what you want to achieve.
Keep thinking about what other skills and resources you can use and keep focused on the task at hand.

And Second Card that lies in Minor Arcana (The wand Series) is the Seven of Swords

If you thoroughly look at the image it shows that the man is surrounded by so many issues and trying to solve them at one go or you could say that he has so many tasks to accomplish that he wants to complete them as soon as possible so that he could be free from burden.
But here again the concentration comes the power of analyzing comes,
What he needs to do. He need to concentrate on his issue he has to priorities his issues and then he can solve them one by one or the need to take each task at one time priority wise and then he can solve them easily. But when he is trying to cop up with so many problems or task in one go he is not able to solve not even one of them.
That is why here then comes the issue of analyzing the problem and then prioritizing them.
So you need to concentrate on your goal what you want to achieve what you want to do first only the you can solve any situation any issue in your life.
Once you know your goal and by analyzing things you could easily achieve in your life whatever is right for you.
I feel that each and every card says something. Only the need is to understand them. No card is negative. Every card asks us to belief in one’s own self. And the belief about oneself comes not from the cards but from within. Once we start meditating start using simple brain development exercises and last but the least the belief that yes I can do it .No one can stop us from achieving our required goals in life. The cards are here to help us to give us positive guidance. The cards are never negative. While reading the cards if any reading comes which you think is not in your favor or you don’t want to hear that then don’t think the card is wrong or negative. The card is only warning us for our future course of action. Because our present actions decide what our future will be.

Using Tarot to Improve Your Concentration & Will Power

Let us first understand what concentration is:
“Concentration is taking your mind off many things and putting it on one thing at a time.”

How to improve your concentration and attention? Why it is important?

Paying attention to what you are doing is one of the most important keys to success.

If you are not able to hold your attention on one thing for some time, how can you accomplish anything?

Successful people are able to focus their mind on their goals day and night, until they accomplish them, be it money, fame, power, self-improvement or meditation.

So how can you improve your ability to focus your mind on your goals, when there are so many things that distract your attention?

Tips for improving concentration and attention:

1. Don’t say you cannot concentrate. Telling yourself that you cannot concentrate only makes it more difficult. By doing so, you program your mind to lack of concentration and attention.

2. Whenever you need to focus your mind, tell yourself over and again that you can concentrate. Tell yourself that you can develop this ability.

3. Remember that in order to improve your concentration you need to train it, like any other skill. If you persevere, and are earnest, in time, you will be able to focus your mind on anything you want.

4. Make deals with your mind. If there is something that is distracting your attention, such as emotional problems or unresolved business problems, tell your mind that all these problems can wait for a little while, and that you will attend to them after you finish what you are doing. If this does not help you, then write down on a piece of paper what problems you have to think about or solve. This will, to some extent, temporarily remove the problems from your mind.

5. Do one thing at a time. Jumping from one thing to another will only teach your mind to be inattentive and lose attention quickly, besides that this kind of mental restlessness can be tiring in the long run.

6. When you focus your attention on anything, be alert, and when you find yourself thinking on something else, try to stay patient, and bring your mind to the subject again and again.

7. Often, when you remember, try to fix your attention on whatever you happen to be doing at the moment.

Few words about concentration from some known personalities See what they Say:-

The American business author and former management professor at the University of New Orleans, Michael Leboeuf, said: “When you write down your ideas you automatically focus your full attention on them. Few if any of us can write one thought and think another at the same time. Thus a pencil and paper make excellent concentration tools.”

“I think the one lesson I have learned is that there is no substitute for paying attention.”(Diane Sawyer)

“Where attention goes, energy flows and results show.” (T. Harv Eker)

“Excellence is in the details. Give attention to the details and excellence will come.”(Perry Paxton)

That is why it’s been said:-

Make it a point to put your full concentration on whatever you are doing. Don’t let anything distract you. It really helps to be in a quiet place, but you can learn to block out noise if necessary.

Understand the essential connection between concentration and energy. Deep concentration is a matter of increasing or directing your life-force or conscious, cosmic energy. The more of this kind of energy you have, the better. Scattered energy doesn’t help. It must be calm, focused energy. Learn to be calmly concentrated and be concentrated calm.

Take breaks. Go outside and breathe deeply or take a brisk walk. Make yourself do this often and you’ll be able to return to your task recharged and ready to focus more creatively.

The above mentioned exercises are based on practical and some Psychological theories.

Tomorrow I will tell you the how can you increase your concentration by using tarot and how can Tarot guide us.

Make Better Decisions in Life: With the help of TAROT: Part-II

Yesterday I was talking about what is decision making and what is right decision making and how can a single mistake while taking an important decision can impact our whole life.

Today I will tell you how I take guidance from the Tarot  while taking important decisions of my life and how you can  benefit yourself with the help of  Tarot.

As we travel along life’s path, we are often confronted with having to make big decisions.

Making decisions is a very important part of life. And sometimes making decisions especially making tough decisions can be very tough for many of us. However the Tarot has also given us a way to reach within our subconscious mind, and find the guidance and help that we need to make those tough decisions.

A Tarot Reading can help us to get to know ourselves better and understand why we do things and why  should we do things that we do. Tarot isn't magic - it’s a tool which helps us to tap into our higher conscious and to understand our basic nature through combination of symbology and psychology.

I don't believe that any of us should make important life decisions based solely on Tarot cards, or numerology, or any of the other tools that people use to divine their past, present and future. These tools only give us guidance, allowing us to see patterns or possibilities. But then one questions appears in all of our minds how can Tarot help us in making right decisions in life What I feel  if we believe that there is truth in Tarot readings, then perhaps we’re opening ourselves up to guidance from a higher source. After all, why do the cards fall the way they do? Is it the universe answering our questions, or are we subconsciously influencing the way the cards fall?

COUNSELING WITH THE HELP OF TAROT CARDS:-

If you know what advice do you want about feel free to ask question for guidance from Tarot.
Sit quietly collect all your thoughts and do what you can feel in touch with the thoughts and feelings. Tarot will offer you possibilities and probable outcomes. The Tarot is a tool for gaining insight and for making choices.

Sometimes while reading the cards for yourself and while getting your reading done from a tarot card reader you won’t get the answer which you wanted to hear.

But our intentions are important when you read your cards. If you lay out your spread and give them a quick once-over, it’ll be easy to dismiss the answers if they don’t immediately seem to be what you wanted to hear. Instead, take the time to try and understand what each card means then put them aside and think about what they said as you continue with your day. The answers that you’ll get and the insight that will come will help you make your decision.

The Tarot can’t make your choices for you. What it does is provide a sort of a snapshot of your problem, and offer the possible outcome of a plan of attack. It does not predict the future. Your choices and decisions change each moment of your life, with your free will granting you the ability to create any future you want.

If everything in your life stays the same as it is at the time of the reading.  Change one thing – make a different decision, change your mind about one thing – and your future can be change.

So why use the Tarot to help in decision-making at all? Well, I like to think that it helps us to take responsibility for the life we’re constantly creating. Yes, it offers guidance, but it also empowers us to make changes in our lives.
A good Tarot reading gives you a unique chance to look into your life, your feelings, your aspirations and your fears, and get personalized information that will help you to choose where you want to go what you want to do. But you should make the big decisions based on a number of factors – Tarot is guidance, it is not a  substitute for legal advice or medical care.

The Tarot is a tool for self-enlightenment and knowing as much about yourself as possible can only help you to make the decision that is right for you and the others around you.

Hope you like this post share you views as well.

Make Better Decisions in Life: With the help of TAROT

You are confronted with the need to make decisions each day of your life.

You can safely divide them into two categories:-

Type 1 decisions which only are matter of personal preference and will not impact your life in any significant way—matters such as “What clothes will I wear today?” or “What will I eat for lunch?” or “Which movie would be appropriate to watch?”

Type 2, however, are those decisions that will have long-term ramifications affecting your happiness and overall well-being of yours and your loves ones.
Life requires that we make wise decisions, to ensure that our lives are happier and that we can have peace of mind. But making the right decisions is not a matter of luck or chance. It’s not a coin toss. Remember, you may have to live with the effects of a wrong decision for a long time—and, in some cases, a lifetime! Making sound choices is a matter of knowing and applying certain keys.

Despite the fact that while we are the most intellectually advanced species on the planet, making decisions does not come easily or naturally. Our caveman forbearers certainly could think and innovate, but their technique and our technique generally is that of trial and error - just give it a try and if it doesn't work we'll try something else. Human brains have evolved more to solve problems by experimentation than by logic. We have the cognitive ability to think logically and make decisions, it just doesn't come naturally.

We are not taught how to make decisions. There are no courses or instruction below the college level that teach the fundamentals of decision making.
It’s hard when it’s personal. When we are making a decision that affects us personally it is very hard to remain objective and think clearly through to the best solution. The more important the decision the more likely “outcome apprehension” will inhibit clear thinking and good decision-making.

Have you always made the best decisions? Probably not. Most people make some good and some poor decisions. Imagine a poor decision you have made. What would your life be like if you had decided differently? What if you were consistently able to make wise decisions, wouldn't the quality of your life improve? Decision making is a skill that can be learned and enhanced.

My purpose is to show you simple decision making tools to help you improve your ability to make wise decisions. Whether you are now in the process of making an important decision or just want to hone your skills, I believe you find something of value here.

What is the effective tool for decision making that I am talking about .
I call this master tool My True Guide, My Best Friend it’s no one else but my Tarot Deck.

Tomorrow I will tell you, how can Tarot Help us making right and wise decisions in life which can impact you and the life of your loved ones.

Till the time take care and god bless-

Our inner self or higher conscious which has the key to solve each and every problem of us.
The need is to just search for the answer from within.

This is what Tarot does it helps us in bringing answer which are lying within us.

There are times when we know everything and what to do and what not to do but we are afraid in taking a step out of our comfort zone although this comfort zone is no more that much comfortable for us as it used to be or as should be.

There are times when life will ask you to step into what you fear. But Tarot can help you move past the stage of inner debate. A Tarot Reading can prepare you for the moments when life asks you to take risk and trust your intuition to overcome your fear.

In fact Tarot can take us into the better understanding of past and present, help us to make sense of our daily problems and situations help us make decisions and even take a trip into a world beyond the boundaries of time and place. What we must really understand that Tarot has the tremendous potential that is why Tarot has The Capacity The Power to open us to the powerful way of  Self-Realization.

Tomorrow we will discuss the Question which arrives how we can do it……

Till the time take care and be blessed;

What is Happiness? Bring Happiness Through TAROT

In today’s fast life style where we all are running from morning to evening. Having sleepless nights. Following this Stressful Pattern of life. And the reason we give to our self is that we are all doing this for happiness.

We all want happiness, either for our world (which includes friends, family, near and dear ones) or for ourselves.

But what is happiness exactly what is the meaning of running day and night leading a stressful life when we don't have time to enjoy happy moments with our loves ones.

Again the same question appears what exactly the meaning of Happiness is.
I believe that happiness is nothing but a physical state of mind.
State of well-being characterized by emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

Few people earn so much that they don't even know where to save how to save but they don’t have a time to spend with their loved ones. What is the use when you are going for a holiday with the family to a very luxurious destination but all the time you are stuck with the Phone calls and Laptop? One can get happiness by just going to the park along with wife and children and looking at the happiness on the face of his wife and children or old parents when he is giving is precious time to them out of his busy schedule.
I am not saying that stop struggling stop doing hard work no but take some time out for them whom you are working day night.

But happiness seems difficult if not impossible to find.

One can find happiness in many ways:-

1) If only we could sit down, wherever we are, close our eyes, and through some miracle let go       of all thoughts, distractions, and problems. If only we could let go.

2) Meditation has been found to lead to high activity in the brain's left prefrontal cortex, which in      turn has been found to correlate with happiness.
3) Momentary pleasure from personal experiences is one aspect of happiness

4) Happiness and Health
When You are healthy your near dear one are healthy living happily then there is a  charge of       positive emotions in your mind and that brings happiness to you.

5) Religious Views
You go through any religious books what they say about true happiness.
For ultimate freedom from suffering, a state of everlasting peace. Ultimate happiness is only      achieved by overcoming craving in all forms. More mundane forms of happiness, such as            acquiring wealth and maintaining good friendships, are also recognized as worthy goals for        lay people. Buddhism also encourages the generation of loving kindness and compassion,        the desire for the happiness and welfare of all beings.
In so many views it involves good fortune, chance or happening.

Few People love eating so they get happiness when they are eating their favorite food. Few People get happiness when they are listening to their favorite music,
Everybody can get happiness in doing whatever they like but for that they need to take time out from their busy schedule for themselves.

In today’s fast life style just to achieve something in just proving our selves we have even forgotten to smile. A Smile which should not appear on lips it should come from our heart.

For True happiness we need true peace of mind other materialistic things are momentarily and can be taken away .
But the peace of mind it is our own and no one can take this until we allow them.

I get my peace of mind a true happiness when I am with my true friend and my true Guide My Tarot Deck.
Whenever I am in dilemma or I am over Stressed I just Look at my Tarot Deck Ask my cards for the Right Guidance and trust me I am out of it.
Tarot can bring an ultimate peace of mind and true happiness when you truly give your faith in it. A simple Tarot Reading can help you a lot to come out  of any issue either it is big or small only the need is of faith.
It will give you the best decision. Because they are neutral they don’t take anybody’s side they are just there to give you the true guidance. How to achieve true happiness.

That is  what our motto is at Tarot Wisdom Academy to make everybody feel at peace and be happy.

Hope You like my view about Happiness what happiness means to me.
Share your views as well what you feel.

TAROT -A Very Efficient Tool For Self Development

With Today's fast and frantic lifestyle, Tarot is an important tool to refocus and redirect
your life path. When you feel stressed and overwhelmed Tarot reveals your innermost
needs and desires and helps you achieve abundance by bringing clarity, honesty and
reassurance to any situation.

Men and women have consulted tarot readers for hundreds of years and most seek out this form of divination for one reason - guidance and reassurance on major life issues.

It has been seen over the years that it has been most of the time women who find comfort with tarot reading. but as the time is changing so the belief of the people is also changing now a days there is an increasing number of men also who feel comfortable and get reassurance with the help of Tarot Guidance.

A Tarot Deck consists of 78 cards which are further divided into 2 Parts.
The Major Arcana and The Minor Arcana

There are 22 Cards in Major Arcana which are suppose to represent Major issues and Major Events in our lives.

And there are 56 Cards in Minor Arcana which are suppose to represent our day to day issues in life.

It is an undeniable reality that next year this time your life will either be better or it will be worse. It won’t be the same. No matter where you start out in life, you have the potential within you to create a prosperous and gratifying life if you take responsibility for your own happiness and success.

Like other divination ways Tarot is also a very convenient and very powerful as well as useful method or could say is a tool to help yourself . it teaches you how to control your emotions and thoughts and last but not the least it also teaches you the art of understanding, forget and forgiving.

I have found that the Tarot cards are best used to address current issues, or issues that one might face in the short term i.e. within 6 months or so. For longer term forecasting, I would tend to favor astrological charts.

So how can Tarot help you with your self-development, self-empowerment and developing a greater sense of self-love?

Nowadays, Tarot readings can be accessed in many different ways ie: face to face, by phone, email, , online chat etc.

Alternatively, you can buy your own Tarot deck and learn to read the cards for yourself and others
There is a wide range of books , ebooks , websites which offer you help to learn Tarot..

A good tarot reading should help you to gain a little more clarity and understanding of your thoughts and emotions about certain issues in your life.

I have found that Tarot often helps people to begin this process of looking inwards, and illuminates the thoughts and emotions that tend to rule their behaviour.
By exploring this established and respected form of divination you will begin to discover many wonderful things about yourself and how you interact with other people and the world around you. Maybe, like me, you will find that the Tarot becomes a portal to your journey of self discovery.
And at last but not least you can also help others by providing them the right guidance through tarot.

How does it work & My Belief about Tarot :-

In most people's minds, "Tarot card reading" means a woman in flowing robes, leaning over a small table in a candlelit room, foretelling impending doom.
But that's not really what Tarot cards are about. In fact, they're not even really meant to tell your fortune or future. According to The Hermetic, "The most powerful sources of information come from within; the Tarot aids in coming in contact with one's Higher Self."

Sometimes life asks you to step into what you fear. Tarot can help you move past the stage of inner-debate, and escalating fear or confusion. A Reading can prepare you for the moments when life asks you to take a risk and trust, to move past your fears – to step into the void. Tarot can help you connect with your inner-wisdom and take the next step, that begins with a risk, and lands in trust and a faith in yourself and a your higher purpose

A Tarot reading can raise your awareness and provide comfort, enabling you to make decisions from an enlightened perspective. This is the art of self-mastery. It’s now time to move towards expansion and growth.
Every person seeks happiness and holds a deep desire to move away from pain and suffering. A Tarot Reading offers you a new way to live your life and cease personal suffering caused by limiting personal beliefs and power struggles. Through exploring what you believe and what you wish to achieve a Tarot Reading can offer you a way to personal freedom and self-realization.,
So many people come to me to know there future but personally what I don’t believe i don’t force people to believe. My belief is no one can change your destiny no one can change the events which are being scheduled by the almighty before you were born. Whatever has been written in your destiny has to come in front of you in one or the other form but its all up to you how you take it. While crying for everything or cursing yourself or god or someone else for whatever is happening to you or by just accepting the things and situations the way they are and trying to solve all the issues in optimistic and positive manner. Instead for thinking about tomorrow that what will happen to us we should live and enjoy our present and make necessary arrangements for the future simultaneously. But not by destroying your present. Because no one has seen future but at the best what we can do we all should do. whatever bad has to come in our way will definitely come no one can stop it but just about thinking that what is bad that is going to happen we should cheer our present and give thanks to almighty whatever he has given us today. and whatever good has to happen to us in future no one can even stop that so let the surprise element be there and be blessed and live happy in your present.
there no such problem in this world which has no solution but the need is for the right guidance.
This is what Tarot does it guides you and shows the  right choices of different path for you now it’s totally up to you what you choose.
